Roly Marante is a seasoned government affairs professional known throughout South Florida for his representation of clients on complex and compelling communitywide issues. He represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to leading regional businesses and non-profits in areas such as development and housing, education, healthcare, technology and transportation.
Roly’s public sector roles give him deep insight and relationships throughout the region. He served as Chief of Staff to Miami-Dade County Commissioner Rebecca Sosa, Special Assistant to Florida Governor Jeb Bush and Chief of Staff to the mayor of Miami-Dade County’s second-largest city, Hialeah.
Roly also brings extensive general and Hispanic-focused public communications experience, having served as director of public affairs for a national advertising agency. He is also the former President & Chief Executive Officer of the Hialeah Chamber of Commerce and a founding board member of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Roly is alumnus of both Florida State University and Florida International University. His community engagement includes service on the FBI-Miami Citizens Academy and on Senator Marco Rubio’s Military Academies Selection Committee.
